Our AI tools use Azure OpenAI. Your data:

  • Stays within your tenant region
  • Is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Is not used to train Microsoft's base models
  • Is not stored or logged for model improvement

7Social Login Data

If you sign in via Google, we receive the profile info you authorize (e.g., name, email, friends list). Review their privacy policies for how they use your data.

8Data Retention

  • Account & Profile: duration of account + 12 months
  • Logs & Analytics: up to 24 months
  • Cookies & Tracking: per vendor policy
  • Deletion: we delete or anonymize data when no longer needed, or isolate in backups until deletion possible

9Security Measures

We implement:

  • Encryption (TLS in transit; AES-256 at rest)
  • Access controls & least-privilege principles
  • Regular security audits & SOC 2 practices
  • Incident response procedures

However, no system is 100% secure—transmission is at your own risk.

10Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we deactivate the account and delete the data. Contact us if you believe we hold a minor's data.
